One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced BMS Junior Engineers to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting Building Management System activities, assisting with BMS configuration and integration, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, supporting testing and commissioning, and coordinating with engineering and site teams.

SALARY: KWD 200 – 300

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Support BMS system configuration, integration and troubleshooting activities.
• Work with BMS systems including Siemens, Honeywell, Emerson and Distech Controls.
• Assist with monitoring BMS systems and identifying alarms and operational issues.
• Support troubleshooting of BMS system and communication-related faults.
• Assist with testing and commissioning of BMS systems.
• Review BMS drawings, layouts, technical documents and project requirements.
• Assist with BMS integration with HVAC and other building services.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and site teams during BMS installation and commissioning.
• Support site activities related to BMS installation, testing and maintenance.
• Maintain BMS records, reports and technical documentation.
• Assist with system inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Report technical issues and system faults to senior engineers.
• Ensure BMS activities are carried out according to project specifications and company procedures.
• Follow safety requirements and project quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Tech in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• 3–4 years of Gulf experience in BMS engineering or building automation.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience or knowledge of Siemens BMS systems.
• Experience or knowledge of Honeywell BMS systems.
• Experience or knowledge of Emerson BMS systems.
• Experience or knowledge of Distech Controls BMS systems.
• Good understanding of building automation and control systems.
• Knowledge of BMS installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of HVAC controls and building services integration.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and system documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior engineers, site teams and project personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
