One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka is looking for creative and passionate Fashion Designers to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable (Based on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design innovative fashion collections and develop creative concepts.
• Create sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications.
• Select suitable fabrics, colors, trims, and materials.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure design quality and timelines.
• Research fashion trends, market demands, and customer preferences.
• Develop samples and oversee the fitting and approval process.
• Ensure designs align with brand standards and commercial objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Previous experience in fashion design is preferred.
• Strong creativity with excellent sketching and design skills.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
