The role involves engaging potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and promoting innovative software solutions that improve operational efficiency in the construction sector.

The ideal candidates will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to handle international customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach activities to generate new leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and develop new business leads.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated with product developments and industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
  • Prior experience in Construction SaaS or technology-based solutions will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a global business environment.
