One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Commis to join their team immediately.

SALARY: KD 140

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in food preparation in hot and cold kitchen sections.
• Handle basic prep work such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, marinades, and dressings.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Follow recipes and instructions provided by chefs or supervisors.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
• Assist in setting up kitchen stations and collecting all necessary supplies.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation and portioning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the prep section – hot & cold kitchen.
• Experience in preparing vegetables (peeling, chopping), sauces, marinades, dressings.
• Good knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Prior experience working as a Commi, preferably in GCC countries.
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written).

BENEFITS:

• Accommodation & Transport Allowance: KD 55 (applicable after 3 months or as per company requirement if the employee moves from company accommodation)
