One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a leading restaurant chain, is looking for experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join their team immediately.

SALARY: KD 180 – 200

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Manage staff shifts and performance.
• Handle inventory and supplies.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Train and supervise team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in fast food or casual dining preferred.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Age below 40 preferred.
• Immediate availability.
