One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, a dynamic B2B data-driven digital marketing agency specializing in solutions for the SaaS and ERP sectors, is looking for an experienced Sales Executives - ERP Solutions to join their team immediately.

# SALARY: LKR 120,000 - 140,000 + Commissions (Payments in USD)

# KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain constant communication with clients through calls and email marketing via CRM.
• Build and nurture client relationships effectively.
• Engage in B2B outbound cold calling to generate leads.
• Achieve set sales targets through proactive outreach.
• Provide professional and strategic sales insights to clients.
• Ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking in CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (Mandatory).
• Minimum Advanced Level qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in BPO, call centers, or sales is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated to achieve set goals.
