Our client, a leading IT Services Distribution Company based in Singapore, is looking for experienced Business Development Executives to join their team in Colombo.


# SALARY: Negotiable


# KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Align with vendor GTM strategy at a regional level.
  • Participate in executing demand generation, marketing, and channel activities with a focus on incremental revenue.
  • Identify, recruit, enable, and grow business through partners.
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales technical teams, channel managers, marketing, renewal specialists, and business operations to leverage respective functions.
  • Build and manage a sales funnel to increase the share of vendor business.
  • Engage in commercial discussions with vendors and channel partners to close orders favorably.
  • Achieve set targets in terms of revenue, profitability, and other identified KPIs.

# REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar industries.
  • Relevant degree qualification.
  • Understanding of the ICT distribution ecosystem and key distribution processes.
  • Established relationships with vendors and channel partners.
  • Experience in selling peripherals, networking, or comparable products and solutions.
  • Target-driven individual with a proven ability to execute business development activities.
  • Strong transaction management and execution skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
