One of our prestigious clients, a leading Multinational IT company specializing in cloud-based software solutions, is looking for experienced Senior Mobile Developers - Flutter to join their team in Colombo immediately.

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop advanced applications for the Flutter platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes and standards.
• Guide the team through technical issues and challenges.

# EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or Mobile Developer.
  • 3+ years of experience on the Flutter platform with a strong understanding of the Flutter framework.
• Skills:
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
  • Sound knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, UI/UX principles, and design guidelines.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud services and back-end technologies.
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented code.
