# REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Proven expertise in leveraging data analytics tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and Qualtrics to drive business insights and decision-making.
• Data Management: Experience in collecting, processing, and analyzing complex datasets to inform business strategies.
• Reporting Skills: Strong proficiency in developing, creating, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Salesforce, and other analytical tools.
• Research Experience: Experience with qualitative and quantitative research, preferably using Qualtrics for survey and feedback analysis.
• Data Integration: Knowledge of integrating data from Salesforce, Qualtrics, and other platforms into a cohesive analytics framework.
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrate a strong approach to problem-solving, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and departments to understand data needs and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying data insights.
• Global Exposure: Experience in working with global datasets, and the ability to work on a shift basis aligned with European Standard Time.

• Data Collection & Management: Gather and maintain data from various sources, ensuring its integrity and accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business strategies and operational improvements.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Salesforce, and other tools.
