One of our reputed clients is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Agents to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

SALARY: LKR 40,000 + OT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products/services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain updated records of calls and sales activities.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in telesales or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
