One of our prestigious clients, a reputed steel fabricators factory based in Horana, Sri Lanka, is looking for skilled MIG Welders to join their team immediately.
SALARY: LKR 65,000 – 100,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform MIG welding tasks on steel and metal components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Ensure high-quality welding standards and precision.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Follow workplace safety protocols and factory guidelines.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder in steel fabrication.
- Strong technical and practical welding skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Based in or willing to work in Horana.
