One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka is looking for experienced CA-qualified Accounts & Finance Officers to join their finance team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
- Support audits and financial reviews.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of Sri Lankan tax laws and IFRS.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Based in Colombo and available to start immediately.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Full-time, office-based role in Colombo.
- Subject to a standard probation period.
