SALARY: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle end-to-end local recruitment processes.
- Source and screen suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
- Maintain recruitment databases and documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of job vacancies.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools.
- Based in Colombo or nearby areas.
- Immediate availability preferred.
