One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, a leading Shipping & Freight Forwarding company, is looking for experienced Telesales Executives to join their team immediately.
SALARY: USD 500
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote freight forwarding and logistics services to potential clients
- Manage outbound and inbound sales calls
- Maintain customer database and follow up on leads
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal operations and documentation teams
- Report market trends and customer feedback
- Handle inquiries and provide appropriate information to clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in telesales, preferably in shipping or logistics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Fluency in English is a must
