SALARY: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undergo structured training across business units (HR, Marketing, Admin, etc.).
- Assist with process improvements, reporting, and project management.
- Participate in meetings, research assignments, and departmental operations.
- Deliver assignments and presentations to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) qualification is mandatory.
- Recently completed degree/diploma in Business, HR, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
