A leading manpower and overseas recruitment company based in Colombo is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives to handle client acquisition and relationship management.
SALARY: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for foreign recruitment services.
- Identify potential clients and initiate engagement through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.
- Present proposals, quotations, and service offerings tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams for project delivery.
- Attend recruitment expos, webinars, and promotional events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or HR services.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel if required.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
