One of our prestigious clients experienced in providing industrial solutions is looking for experienced "Senior Business Development Executives" to join their Solar Division immediately.


SALARY: Negotiable


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Initiate and follow up the sales process from the initial contact phase till closure.
  • Respond to customer/ client inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone.
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners, and clients.
  • Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities.
  • Regularly following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
  • Pitching clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company's products.
  • Generating referral business by mining existing clientele.
  • Handling existing dealer points and developing dealer points.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • A degree or an equivalent qualification (CIM/ SLIM) in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • 1 to 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills.
  • Basic IT skills are a must (Email, Internet, MS Office, etc.)
  • Should have a valid driving and riding license.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a pleasing personality.
