One of our prestigious client is looking for a highly skilled "Tele Sales Executives" to join their team immediately.

# SALARY :  Rs. 40,000 - 70,000

 # Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
• Clearly articulate the features and benefits of the offerings to generate interest.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of the customer.
• Address customer concerns and objections effectively to encourage product/service acceptance.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.
• Stay updated on product enhancements, features, and industry trends.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach and research.
• Document customer information, including details of interactions and potential sales opportunities.
• Work towards achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
• Implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and facilitate the sales process.
• Keep track of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.

# Requirements :

• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
