One of our prestigious clients who is a leading "Software Development" company is looking for a “Java - Technical Lead" to join their team immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing requirement analyses.
• Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
• Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
• Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
• Conducting configuration of your own work.
• Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
• Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• A bachelor's degree in IT/ Software Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in JAVA/ JEE development.
• Experience in web services (REST/ SOAP), spring, JPA/ hibernate, XML.
• Exposure in: Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data, Angular 4/5, SSO, LDAP, Oracle 11g, Cassandra, ELK, Linux, Bash Scripting.
• Capability of understanding and designing software architecture.
• Knowledge and understanding of industrial best practices in software development.
• Thorough knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Experience in enterprise level open source web development frameworks.
• Familiar with telecommunication domain, Telco CRM, Rating, Billing, charging knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Experience in JIRA and agile-based methodology such as scrum will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Good written communication and public relation skills.
• Building up and lead teams to success of the organization.
