Our client, a leading "IT Services & Solutions" company is looking for an experienced "Lead DevOps Engineer" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Engineering degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT, Systems/Networking.
- 4+ years of experience working in IT/Engineering.
- One or more DevOps-related professional certifications.
- Experience working with AWS (Amazon Web Services), GCP (Google Cloud Platform), and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with one or multiple cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in leading DevOps teams.
- Solid understanding of Systems / Networking / Software fundamentals and concepts.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, DevSecOps activities, and concepts.
- Excellent understanding of Scrum and Agile practices.
- Ability to learn new scripting and programming languages as required.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player, leader with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
