One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait who is a leading in Printing and Packaging Industry is looking for experienced "Production coordinator " to join them immediately.
# SALARY : KWD 250 (Avg. Rs. 265,000)
# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and preparing sales quotations.
- Collaborate with the sales representatives to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and early completion.
- Coordinate with production, design, and other internal departments to ensure early delivery of orders.
- Ensure all required documentation, such as purchase orders, contracts, and sales agreements, are accurately prepared and maintained.
- Review and verify the accuracy of order specifications, pricing, and delivery details.
- Track and monitor the progress of orders, from production to shipment, and provide regular updates to clients and the sales team.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer information in the company's database.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather information, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their orders, including any changes, delays, or other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team, providing early updates on order status and customer feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, analyzing sales data, trends, and customer preferences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer requirements and historical data.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to the sales team and management, highlighting areas for improvement and potential challenges.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a related role, Must be in the printing and packaging industry.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with printing and packaging processes, terminology, and materials is advantageous.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
