# SALARY : KWD 300 (Avg. Rs. 318,000)
#ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target industries and clients.
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing product knowledge and industry expertise.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and upsell additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders.
- Present and demonstrate the company's printing and packaging solutions to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Follow up on sales collection
- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and progress.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the sales management team regarding sales targets, achievements, and challenges.
# REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of success in sales, in the printing and packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of printing and packaging processes, materials, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
