Our client is a leading software development and technology consulting company based in Sweden and is looking for skilled "Customer Happiness Executives" to join their team in Colombo immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 50,000 - 80,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide swift and correct assistance and answers to issues raised by the customers, (consumers, sales partners, clients, merchants); who reach out to us via email & chat, by correctly identifying the problem and providing adequate information to the development team about the raised issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the reported issues are resolved.
- Support Sales and Marketing so that new customers are onboarded successfully and within the deadline.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with the Operations team.
- Get and maintain good domain knowledge in order to identify the issues early and then recommend enhancements to the Operations team.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar Customer Support/ Success role.
- A Diploma in Business Administration or similar would be an added advantage but not a must.
- A high customer and service-oriented approach; as we want to provide a high-quality customer service, not just close cases in the fastest possible time.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality.
- Clear backlogs and other tasks in an orderly and timely manner.
- Willingness to take responsibility and work independently with minimum supervision.
