One of our prestigious International Clients' is looking for "Office Managers" to work in their Negombo office immediately.
# SALARY - Rs. 150,000 - 200,000
# REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all-round duties of Finance, Accounting, HR and Office Administration.
- Strong Financial and Accounting knowledge, able to perform a full set of accounts and due diligence.
- Liaise with Government Departments when necessary.
- Carry out all Human Resources related tasks such as Recruitment, Leave Records, Payroll, Income Tax Filing, Employee Benefits Management, Work Visa Applications, Staff Relocations, Staff Quarter Management, Etc.
- Travel arrangements for staff travel between Sri Lanka and other countries including Accommodation, Transportations, Visa Applications, Etc.
- Handle a wide range of administrative functions including Renovation, Office Supplies Administration, Company Assets Management, Etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Willing to travel and handle works outside the office.
- Able to work independently and with deadlines.
- Self-motivated and pro-active.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree holder or above in Finance or Accounting discipline.
- 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in liaising with Government Departments preferred.
- Good at both spoken and written English.
- Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage but not a must.
