One of our prestigious International Clients' is looking for "Office Managers" to work in their Negombo office immediately.

# SALARY - Rs. 150,000 - 200,000

# REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all-round duties of Finance, Accounting, HR and Office Administration.
  • Strong Financial and Accounting knowledge, able to perform a full set of accounts and due diligence.
  • Liaise with Government Departments when necessary.
  • Carry out all Human Resources related tasks such as Recruitment, Leave Records, Payroll, Income Tax Filing, Employee Benefits Management, Work Visa Applications, Staff Relocations, Staff Quarter Management, Etc.
  • Travel arrangements for staff travel between Sri Lanka and other countries including Accommodation, Transportations, Visa Applications, Etc.
  • Handle a wide range of administrative functions including Renovation, Office Supplies Administration, Company Assets Management, Etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Willing to travel and handle works outside the office.
  • Able to work independently and with deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree holder or above in Finance or Accounting discipline.
  • 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in liaising with Government Departments preferred.
  • Good at both spoken and written English.
  • Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage but not a must.
