One of our clients who is into Hotel & Resorts is looking for an experienced Secretary to join them immediately.
# Salary: 600 USD (Rs.100,000)
# Key Responsibilities:
o answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
o maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
o typing, preparing and collating reports
o filing
o organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
o managing databases
o prioritizing workloads
o liaising with relevant organizations and clients
o coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
o acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
# Key Skills and Qualifications:
o Experience in the similar capacity would be an advantage.
o Must possess good verbal and written communication skills & presentation skills.
o Possess a positive attitude while handling clients.
o Ability to work under stress & low supervision.
