One of our prestigious client's, who is a world's leading multinational conglomerate who is into HVAC, Elevators and Escalators, Fire and Security, Building Systems and Industrial Products is looking for an experienced Divisional Manager (LC & VRF Sales) to join their Sri Lankan team immediately.

Function: VRF & Light Commercial - HVAC
Reports to: General Manager / Country Head – Sri Lanka & Maldives.


Job Responsibilities:

Business:

- Spearheading the VRF & LC sales business Achieve Revenue and operating Income Targets for the Sri Lanka & Maldives Region.

Design & Implementation

- Provide Technical Solutions to Customers for VRF & LC products. Should be able to provide piping design, Equipment Selection and coordinate with Product Management team and factory for further assistance.
- Check and verify the design of VRF systems by Channel partners & Spec – in Activity for large projects.

Offer Submittals & Sales Closure

- Prepare techno commercial quotes and respond to tenders as per UTC standard policy terms and conditions
- Negotiations and Sales order closure with Channel Partner / Customers.

Channel Management

- Identify and expand Channel Base for LC VRF.
- Provide training to Channel Partners on Product technology, Competition benchmarking.
- Channel payouts and receivable management.

Customer / Influencer Relationship Management

- Create and identify potential customers in various segments like Residential Condominium, Hospitality and Retail etc.
- Manage relationships with various HVAC contractors, EPC contractors, Turnkey contractors and Government Sales across the region to identify and fulfill their business need and support them with accurate and timely information to win projects.
- Meet various HVAC and process consultants, designers and influencers to suitably plan and spec products in upcoming requirements.
- Manage relationships with key accounts Industry mapping and competitive benchmarking


Qualification / Experience

 Qualifications: 4 Years Graduate Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical + MBA would be an advantage.
 Experience – 7 -10 Years in HVAC / Allied Industries / Industrial Sales
 Should be native of Sri Lanka.
 Target Companies – ABANS - Trane , ABANS – Mitsubishi , Daikin , Access , Hitachi ACMA , Dunham Bush , Samsung , LG , YORK .
 Target Countries – Candidates from MENA, Sri Lanka , South East Asia.
