POSITION      -             Senior Sales Executive

SALARY        -            Rs. 200,000 + Commission + Bonus

One of our prestigious clients who is a luxury property developer in Sri Lanka is looking for ‘’Senior Sales Executives’’ to join in their team immediately.

REQUIREMENTS

• Sourcing new businesses and achieving the set target
• To convert the existing prospects into new businesses
• Preparing competitive strategy as per the market scenario
• Leadership and communication skills to match business needs with solutions
• Building relationships with target niche client base
• Strong Customer Service

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling luxury apartments and real estate properties for local and international clients
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing
• Proven track record of experience
• Highly motivated and self-organized
• Strong analytical and problem solving
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Very good command of English
