  • Salary details:
  • Full salary package of Rs 35,000 - 40,000 plus travel allowance (includes allowances and attendance bonus).
  • Experienced team lead type salary will be 45,000 -50,000 plus travel allowance.

  • Existing vacancy: 08 people. Age below 40 years - equal mix of all religious backgrounds.

  • Job Description:
    • Inbound/outbound customer service and appointment processing.

  • Requirements:
    • Excellent spoken English with good computer and typing experience.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Ability to confidently speak over the phone. Neutral English accent.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Basic call centre BPO type job function (in/out bound calling, data entry with basic computer/typing skills).
    • Initially all staff will be hired as trainees and upon successfully completing 1 month of training, they will be hired with a 6-month probation period.
    • All positions are full-time (at least 45 hours per week).

  • Working days and working hours:
    • Operating hours are 3 shifts covering 24x7. Shifts (approx. 45hrs/week) will be created within the working hours.
    • 2-3 people per shift (8am-5pm, 5pm-2am, 12am-9am). these are not exact times.
    • One-way transport reimbursement provided.
    • 5 working days - typically 1 weekday and 1 weekend day OFF.
  • Facilities:
    • At a state of the art, office at Kohuwala.
  • Other requirements regarding this position:
    • GCE O’Levels / A/L's.
    • Excellent spoken English with good computer and typing experience.
