One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is looking for talented and motivated Junior Architects to join their growing team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects.
- Prepare and revise architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Conduct site visits and gather information required for project planning.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Contribute creative ideas during design discussions and project presentations.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in architectural design or project assistance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software.
- Strong design and visualization skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of local construction methods and building regulations is an advantage.
