One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is looking for qualified and experienced Chartered Architects to join their dynamic team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion with a focus on quality and functionality.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project requirements.
- Provide creative and sustainable design solutions tailored to client needs.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project documentation efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, safety codes, and industry best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Chartered Membership with the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience in architecture and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent design sense and attention to detail.
