One of our prestigious local clients in Colombo, a leading recruitment and HR solutions company, is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Specialist to enhance their visual content and digital presence. This role requires expertise in both graphic design and video production, with a strong understanding of branding and digital communication.

SALARY: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets for print and digital platforms including social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements.
• Edit and assemble video footage into compelling content for marketing campaigns, corporate branding, and event promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, digital) to develop and execute creative strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all media and platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in graphic design, video editing, and digital storytelling to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Maintain a well-organized library of creative assets and backups for easy access and retrieval.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong visual storytelling, layout design, and animation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing creative design and video work is mandatory.
