Our client is seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executives to manage end-to-end recruitment for both local and international placements.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments/interviews.
• Manage interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
• Support onboarding and documentation activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Diploma/degree in HRM or Business Management.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
