SALARY: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Undergo structured training across business units (HR, Marketing, Admin, etc.).
• Assist with process improvements, reporting, and project management.
• Participate in meetings, research assignments, and departmental operations.
• Deliver assignments and presentations to senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) qualification is mandatory.
• Recently completed degree/diploma in Business, HR, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
