One of our prestigious clients who is a leading Packaging and Solutions Company is looking for a talented and seasoned “International Sales & Marketing Manager” to join our innovative team!
SALARY: LKR 250,000 to 300,000 (Negotiable)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and expand markets globally.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive international growth.
- Implement sales plans aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on international market requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets for international sales and marketing activities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and build a strong global presence.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- A degree or professional marketing qualification. (CIM/SLIM or MBA would be an added advantage.)
- 3-5 years of experience in international sales and marketing roles.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth on a global scale.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
