One of our prestigious clients who is an Event Management Company in Dubai is looking for experienced "Senior Sales Manager" to join their Colombo team immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 120,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, generate leads, and improve customer engagement.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google AdWords and LinkedIn.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, to improve search engine rankings and drive more organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools, and use this data to inform future marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with the client's content team to create compelling marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, and ad copy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and use this knowledge to improve the client's overall marketing strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Minimum 2 years of prior International BPO / Tele Calling / Sales experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience in B2B tele sales, preferably in an international environment.
- Must have undergone International Voice / Tone and Accent training in the past.
- Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
- Hygienic, good-looking, and presentable.
