One of our prestigious clients is looking for experienced "General Managers - Pricing" to join their team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profit while ensuring competitive pricing.
- Market Analysis: Analyze customer and market trends to determine appropriate pricing for the client's products and services.
- Pricing Monitoring: Continuously monitor and update pricing as needed to reflect changes in the market, ensuring that the client remains competitive and profitable.
- Data Management: Develop and maintain pricing databases and systems to track and manage pricing information.
- Guidelines and Procedures: Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Negotiations: Participate in pricing negotiations with customers, vendors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Reporting: Prepare pricing reports and analyses for senior management to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the pricing team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring optimal performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics/ related professional qualification.
- 10+ years of work experience in pricing/financial accounting/financial analytics with a proven record of success leading a team.
- Prior knowledge of SaaS pricing and having worked for a SaaS company in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills.
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
