One of our prestigious Clients who is into the Retail Industry is looking for experienced "Showroom Sales Coordinators" to work at their Colombo Showrooms immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 50,000 + Sales Commission
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
- Achieving established goals.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increasing in-store sales.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Responsible for the display and arrangement of the items or goods so that they can get customer attention.
- Must be able to effectively promote a brand if asked to and for that is responsible for developing good communication and selling skills.
- Any person appointed as a sales staff member is responsible for the ordering of goods or items in demand to overcome the shortage.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- 1-2 Years of work experience as a sales representative.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
