One of our prestigious clients in UK is looking for experienced "Quality Assurance Assistants" to join their Colombo team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining and developing clients Certificate of Analysis database.
- Assisting to implement regulatory updates and developments in Industry requirements to clients company's policy and practice.
- Developing product knowledge to become a key responder for Certificate of Analysis inquiries for the Quality team.
- Verifying the compliance of product documentation particularly Certificates of Analysis to ensure that they comply with legal and food safety requirements.
- Communicating with manufacturers to clarify product Specifications and Certificate of Analysis information.
- Creating Certificate of Analysis documents in line with client company brand guidelines.
- Liaising with Sales and Business Support colleagues to supply documentation to facilitate a smooth Sales process for client customers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age between 25 - 35 years.
- Food Science or Science background.
- Advanced Level Qualification.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the relevant industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Eye for detail when analyzing documented and procedural information.
- Analytical processing and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-playing focus.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and prioritize the workload.
- Confidence in computer usage, ideally with Word/ Excel and Google Sheets experience.
