One of our international clients in Sri Lanka is looking for experienced "Country Managers (SAP)" to join them immediately.
SALARY: LKR 850,000 - 1,100,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Profit and Loss responsibility of the Sri Lankan entity.
- Statutory compliance with all applicable local laws.
- Overall HR management of the team members in Sri Lanka.
- ISO9001, ISO27001, and other compliance and audit requirements from time to time.
- Hiring and growing the team in Sri Lanka.
- Overall responsibility for logistics like office etc.
- Overall delivery responsibility of the assigned projects.
- Procurement of any required material and services.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 8+ years of IT experience preferably SAP experience.
- Experience with 2-3 implementations/ support SAP projects as an Architect, Project Manager, Consultant, or Business Analyst.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Good overall knowledge of various SAP modules and their interlinkages SAP PM/CS, MM, HR, FICO, WM, CRM, SCM, etc.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Experience as a country head for another company.
- Experience in enterprise mobility and related SAP tools set
- Architecture and Design of SAP-based solutions for a variety of products and projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Workforce management solutions experience.
- Experience working in a product development environment.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management, and Materials and Management module.
