One of our prestigious clients is looking for an experienced "HR Manager" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

SALARY: Rs. 250,000 - 300,000

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of five years of human resource management experience.
• Should have experience in working in HR for the company 700++ staff.
• Experience working for BPO/BPM/IT companies.
• Fluent in all Labour law matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
