One of our prestigious clients in UK is looking for "Ticketing Executives" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

SALARY: LKR 60,000 + 10,000 (Travel allowance) + Commissions

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
• Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
• Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
• Help passengers to plan for their trips.
• Help to make and confirm reservations.
• Provide good customer service.
• Re-book tickets and other arrangements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• At least 3 years of experience in ticketing industry.
• Experience in Galileo/ Sabre or Amadeus (Global Distribution System).
• Should be proficient in English.
• Should be aware of the principles of the business and customer services.
• Shift basis (Including two Saturdays/ Sundays work on shift basis).
• Working from Colombo office.
