QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Proven experience in a help desk or other customer support roles is a must.
- A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
- Confident speaker and active listener with great interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
- Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
- Strategic problem solver, and savvy team player.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
