One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading multinational "Software Development" company is looking for experienced "Senior QA Engineers" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 150,000 - 300,000 (Based on experience)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure and maintain test environments and CI/CD process.
- Perform test execution, analyze test results, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Provide best-practice expertise in the QA testing process.
- Help mentor, train, and lead a team of Quality Engineers.
- Collaborate with business owners.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience in automation with open-source tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and Rest assured.
- QE-related certifications would be an added advantage.
- Experience in test automation using Selenium or a similar tool is a must.
- Solid knowledge of OOP concepts and coding standards.
- Solid and practical understanding of Software Testing and Software Engineering concepts.
- Skills in troubleshooting and conflict resolutions in scripting.
- Experience with multi-environment structured Test Data setup and management.
- Exposure to Continuous Deployment pipelines.
- Experience in Performance Testing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
- Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency in English (Written/Spoken).
