SALARY: Rs. 50,000 + Commissions
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieving monthly / annual sales targets.
- Generating leads and bringing in new clients.
- Maintaining a close relationship with existing and potential clients.
- Conducting regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Identify and update the management about new marketing opportunities.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Maintaining client records.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age between 25 - 35 (Females preferred)
- CIM qualified with a diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Prior experience in "HR & Recruitment Services" sales is a definite advantage.
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command in both spoken & written English.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Professional appearance, self-confident, highly independent, assertive.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player with exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel in order to meet clients and attend events is a must.
