Our client who is a reputed agent of "Premium Coffee Products & Solutions" is looking for an experienced "National Sales Manager" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age between 30 - 45
- Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing would be an advantage.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as sales manager.
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG and/or Industrial Kitchen Equipment industry.
- Proven track record in business development and positive sales performance.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
- Strong financial awareness, commercial skills, and familiarity with industry standards.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very well-developed negotiation skills.
- Ambitious, energetic, target-driven, initiative-taker, and highly motivated.
- Effective people manager, communicator, and team-oriented individual.
- Self-starter with drive and the ability to work autonomously, planning their own work and time effectively.
