One of our prestigious Clients who is into "Retail Clothing" is looking for young, energetic "Showroom Sales Coordinators" to work at their Colombo Showrooms immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 35,000 - 40,000 + Commission
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Responsible for the display and arrangement of the items or goods so that they can get customer attention.
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
- Increasing in-store sales and achieving established goals.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Must be able to effectively promote a brand if required.
- Any person appointed as a sales staff member is responsible for the ordering of goods or items in demand to overcome the shortage.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age below 35 years.
- Proven work experience in a similar sales role. (Preferably from a Retail Clothing background.)
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Possesses an energetic, friendly, and patient demeanor.
- Professional appearance, self-confident, independent, and assertive.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Good organization, coordination & time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
Must be willing to work in any of the following shifts,
- 09.30 am - 08.00 pm (Morning Shift)
- 12.00 pm - 10.00 pm (Evening Shift)
* Traveling & meal allowance provided.
