Our client who is a multinational "Real Estate" company is looking for confident and dynamic young "Sales Executives" to join their team in Colombo immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 40,000 + Incentives
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating leads.
- Achieving monthly / annual sales targets.
- Maintaining a close relationship with potential clients.
- Conducting regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Identify and update the management about new marketing opportunities.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Maintaining client records.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age below 30 years.
- Qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institution will be a definite advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry or similar (Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Etc.)
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command in both spoken & written English.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Professional appearance, self-confident, highly independent, assertive.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player with exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel in order to meet clients and attend events is a must.
