Our client is a leading "Software Products & Services" company based in the USA and is looking for skilled "Business Analysts" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT / Software Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
- PMI - PBA or IIBA - CBAP or equivalent would be an added advantage.
- Experience in working with tools such as JIRA, TFS, Azure DevOps.
- Experience interacting with international customers would be a huge plus.
- Understanding of different business processes and industry best practices.
- Requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and comprehensive user story creation.
- Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, SRS, user guides, and other training materials.
- Ability to prepare high-quality documentation with great attention to detail.
- Capable of delivering results with a high level of accuracy.
- Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients overseas as required.
- Team player with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
