Our client, a leading "IT Services & Solutions" company is looking for an experienced "Business Analyst" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT / Software Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3 - 5 years of experience working in Software Business Analysis.
- Experience in the relevant business areas and domains are preferred.
- Good understanding of the business processes and basic knowledge of the development and modeling tools.
- Good understanding of Scrum and Agile practices.
- Ability to formulate research and analysis studies, plan and reports analyze alternatives, and use appropriate support and /or illustrative software.
- Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interviewing, elicitation, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Team player, leader with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
