Our client, a leading "IT Services & Solutions" company is looking for an experienced "Senior Lead - Project Management" to join their team in Colombo immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management or, a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the Software industry with a minimum of 6 years experience in Project Management.
- PMP, PRINC II, CSM Certifications, or Master's degree with Management will be an added advantage.
- Solid Agile and waterfall project management frameworks experience.
- Proven Project Management skills.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills.
- Strong planning and tracking skills of work as well as RAID.
- Proficient in various computer applications. (Eg: MS Office, MS Project, JIRA & MS Dynamics)
- Ability to groom and Lead Project Managers.
- Ability to lead multiple project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients and stakeholders as required.
- Team player, leader with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
